1. REQUESTING AN ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website.

Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order.

We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed for dispatch. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

2. ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN DISPATCHED

If your cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the order will be cancelled and any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3. ORDERS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN DISPATCHED

If your order has already been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed by LEGION Fight Wear, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided they were informed of this obligation before purchase.

Returned products must be handled with reasonable care. Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

5. REFUNDS
